Fit4D is a high-growth, venture-backed health tech services company based in New York City.  The company partners with pharmaceutical companies, payers and ACOs to deliver a personalized, technology-based approach to improving the medical adherence and health outcomes for people living with diabetes and other chronic conditions.   Founded in 2009, the company has a proven track record of results including improving adherence to branded diabetes Rx by 20% and demonstrable reductions in A1C values.  Fit4D is experiencing an exciting period of customer growth and is projecting to grow patient volumes by 4x over the next 12 months.   The company offers a high-energy, results-oriented work place that believes our success, as well as the success of our customers and patients, relies primarily on a fantastic team with the passion, drive and skills to change the face of chronic condition management.

What you'll do:

Fit4D seeks to hire a Associate Marketing Manager to be based in the company’s midtown location in New York City. This individual will support the Head of Marketing with strategy and execution of all Fit4D Marketing initiatives.

These responsibilities include:

  • Website management (Squarespace, familiarity with HTML and CSS)
  • Maintain social media pages and groups (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Manage monthly newsletter (Mailchimp)
  • Manage social media and blog calendar
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Paid Social Media campaigns (Adwords, LinkedIn Sponsored Content)
  • Maintain content calendar/marketing calendar
  • Email Marketing, Marketing automation (experience or willingness to learn)
  • Decks for internal and external use
  • Produce a variety of content (blog, award applications, press releases, etc.)
  • Support intranet
  • Research and Competitive Analyses
  • Work closely with PR agency
  • SEO (nice to have)
  • Ensure consistent brand across all collateral
  • Materials for conferences (banners, posters, etc.)
  • Report on campaigns and KPIs - Analytics (Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.)

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 2+ years of experience and proven achievement and success in marketing roles
  • Project Planning
  • Writing/editing skills
  • Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Graphic Design skills – Adobe Creative Suite
  • Photo and video editing skills a plus
  • Ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Interest in healthcare industry
  • Experience using a CRM
