Fit4D is a high-growth, venture-backed health tech services company based in New York City.  The company partners with pharmaceutical companies, payers and ACOs to deliver a personalized, technology-based approach to improving the medical adherence and health outcomes for people living with diabetes and other chronic conditions.   Founded in 2009, the company has a proven track record of results including improving adherence to branded diabetes Rx by 20% and demonstrable reductions in A1C values.  Fit4D is experiencing an exciting period of customer growth and is projecting to grow patient volumes by 4x over the next 12 months.   The company offers a high-energy, results-oriented work place that believes our success, as well as the success of our customers and patients, relies primarily on a fantastic team with the passion, drive and skills to change the face of chronic condition management.

Our single biggest barrier to growth is attracting and recruiting the right talent.  You will be instrumental in helping us to achieve our goals. 

The Contract Recruiting Coordinator will source potential candidates for all open roles within the organization while allowing the HR leader to focus on interviewing. You will manage candidate scheduling with multiple team members and assist with human resource projects.  You will be exposed to sensitive company information that others on the team may not be privy to.


Outstanding organizational, people and process orientation

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for Fit4D by utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and social media.

Scheduling interviews and handling multiple calendars.

Proactively working with appropriate team members to ensure schedules are accurate

Managing special projects assigned by HR

Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and following through on issues in a timely manner

Provide an independent perspective and act as a sounding-board

Managing the HR leader’s workflow and priorities by managing schedule and anticipating steps ahead

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Maintain composure under pressure and proactively handle complex problems

Adapt as needed within our rapid growing startup culture.


Experience sourcing potential qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, or applicant tracking systems.

1-3 years of research or HR related business experience

Ability to work well on a team

Flexibility to adapt with GSD “Get Stuff Done” attitude

Highly developed emotional intelligence

Exceptional facilitation and communication Skills
