Fit4D is a high-growth, venture-backed health tech services company based in New York City.  The company partners with pharmaceutical companies, payers and ACOs to deliver a personalized, technology-based approach to improving the medical adherence and health outcomes for people living with diabetes and other chronic conditions.   Founded in 2009, the company has a proven track record of results including improving adherence to branded diabetes Rx by 20% and demonstrable reductions in A1C values.  Fit4D is experiencing an exciting period of customer growth and is projecting to grow patient volumes by 4x over the next 12 months.   The company offers a high-energy, results-oriented work place that believes our success, as well as the success of our customers and patients, relies primarily on a fantastic team with the passion, drive and skills to change the face of chronic condition management.

What you'll do:

Fit4D seeks to hire a Head of Marketing to be based in the company’s midtown location in New York City and be an instrumental member of its leadership team. This individual will lead development of marketing strategy and execution, with an immediate focus on increasing awareness, refining market positioning and generating demand to support company growth and profitability objectives.

These responsibilities may include:

  • Developing plans (including tactics, timing & budget) to accelerate growth
  • Optimizing demand generation efforts (e.g. marketing communications, content marketing, use of CRM, etc.) and measurement approach
  • Engaging with customers, prospects and others to understand market needs, competition, alternatives and buying processes
  • Defining market sizing, segmentation, targeting and product value proposition
  • Defining core differentiation, positioning, and messaging by segment
  • Build and develop an A+ marketing team while developing external partnerships / relationshipos to meet objectives 
  • Establishing clinical, financial & experience evidence to support differentiation in partnership with operations, finance, and clinical teams
  • Developing tools and content to support the sales process and enabling commercial teams to learn and clearly communicate the value proposition of our products
  • Identifying profitable new service/product opportunities and working with product development to accelerate time to market

As a leader in the organization, you will also be expected to:

  • Define vision, case for actions, and inspire others to participate
  • Successfully lead all internal and external marketing efforts
  • Participate in Leadership Team and development of corporate and product strategy

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 10+ years of experience and proven achievement and success in marketing roles
  • Experience in working effectively with sales, client services, operations, and product management
  • Deep knowledge of and experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans, including all items outlined above in job description
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves to get things done yourself, along with leading and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and confident in taking decisions
  • Operates with high integrity and accountability for results
  • High-growth company experience preferred
